This gave the House good Satisfaction : And thereupon he called to his Place; and Mr. Speaker, standing up bare, told him, the House rested satisfied with his Submission : For which he gave Thanks to the House.

Altham's Estate.

Adjournment.

Upon Question, Resolved, Upon Thursday next, at the rising of the House, to adjourn it untill Thursday in Whitson Week.

Recusants.

The Business concerning the Presenting of Recusants, renewed.

Mr. Bisse mentioneth Mr. Hill, dwelling in Holborne, and one Mr. Minshaw; which are popishly affected, and live out of the Inns of Court, and yet practise,

All the Lawyers of the House to be added to the Committee appointed to consider of the Presenting of Recusants ; and by them Consideration to be taken of the best Means to discover popishly affected Persons, living in Inns of Court, and Chancery, or that are Lawyers, and practise the Law, but live abroad, and to prevent all Hurt, which can grow by them.

Upon Question, Sir Walter Tichborne to be left out of the Presentment.
