Mr. Bisse, Sir Geo. More, Sir Jo. Savyle, Sir. Tho. Puckering, Sir Tho. Freake, Mr. Langston, Mr. Newbery, Mr. Rolles, Sir Wm. Strode, Sir Tho. Grantham, Mr. Whitakers, Sir Jo. Stradling, Sir B. Hicks, Sir H. Anderson, Sir Nich. Saunders, Sir Rich. Buller, Sir Ro. Crane, Sir Tho. The House turned into a grand Committee, to receive the Remonstrance from the Sub-committee.

Pretended Letter by Sir J. Savyle.
The Copy of a Letter, pretended to be written by Sir Sir Jo. Savyle, delivered in by Sir Francis Foliambe, and, by a general Acclamation, twice read by the Clerk.
Sir Jo. Savyle denieth this to be a Copy of any Letter, which he writ: And being pressed, whether he did write any Letter, wherein any such Clause is, which concerneth the Privilege of this House; he answereth he did write no Letter, nor subscribe any Letter, written to any such Purpose.
Sir Francis Foliambe desireth Thursday fortnight to prove the Copy now produced, and written, to have been a Copy of a Letter, written by Sir Jo. Savyle: And Sir Jo. Savyle, at his own Charge, to bring up any Witnesses, in his own Defence. A Warrant for the Witnesses, &c.
Exception to a Member's Words.
Sir Jo. Savyle letting fall some Speeches, trenching upon Sir Wm. Armyn, and Sir Jo. Ellyott, who had last before spoke in this Business; the House ordered, he should withdraw, whilst this was debated.
Much Debate, whether he should acknowledge his Error, and give Satisfaction to the Two Gentlemen, at the Bar, or in his Place.
Resolved, upon Question, He should do it in his Place: Which he accordingly fully did.
Grievances.
Ordered, Mr. Whitby shall, To-morrow Morning, begin to report the Grievances ; and so proceed, till his Report be finished: But the Business, concerning presenting
Recusants.
Popish Recusants, to be first proceeded with and ended.
Bp. of Bangor.
Liberty given to the Committee for Religion, to examine the indirect and undue Solicitation of Witnesses to be produced against the Bishop of Bangor, by himself or his Agents.
2ly, To examine his Keeping of 21 Churches or Chapels, which he keepeth in his Hands, and ill serving them.
Resolved, That Charges may be allowed to such poor Witnesses as are to be produced in this Case.

The Committee for Religion to sit this Afternoon.
The Committee for the King's Revenue, to sit upon Wednesday Morning.
The Committee for the Preamble for the Subsidy, to sit To-morrow in the Afternoon.
All grand Committees, for Grievances, and Courts of Justice, from henceforth to hold their former Days.
The Committee for the naval War, to sit upon Thursday next; and all, that will come, to have Voice: -

All Bills to be brought in by the Committees to the Clerk, that so new fit Days may be appointed for them.

The Sub-committee for the Book of Rates, to sit upon Wednesday next, in the Afternoon, in the former Place.
