The Bill for the Enabling of Thomas Throckmorton,Esquire, to make Sale of certain Lands, for Payment of his Debts, brought in by Mr. Fra. Moore, from the Committee, with Amendments; which were twice read, and allowed.

Married Men in Colleges.

The Bill prohibiting the Resiance of married Men, with their Wives and Families, in Colleges, and Halls, of the Universities of Cambridge and Oxford: - The first Reading.

Attorneys &c.

The Bill concerning Attorneys, and Clerks, in the Courts of the King's Bench and Common Pleas: - First Reading.

Spices, &c.

The Bill for the Resuming, and Taking into the King's Majesty's Hands, of the Office of Garbler of Spices, Drugs, Gums, and other Wares and Merchandizes, to be garbled within the City of London, or elsewhere, within the Realm of England: - First Reading, and rejected.

Innovations in the Church.

The Bill for the Suppressing of Innovations within theChurch of England: - Second Reading, and, upon the Question, rejected.

The Bill of Subsidy of Tonage and Poundage: - The third Reading; and divers Provisoes, and Alterations, moved; and thereupon re-committed to the former Committees.
