Officers of Arms v George Polhill of Shoreham, co. Kent, esq
November 1636 - January 1637
Abstract
This was a cause of office in which Polhill was cited to appear in connection with non-payment of fees due to the heralds on the funeral of his father, Sir Thomas Polhill of Shoreham, Kent. No indication of sentence survives, but he was warned to pay these fees on 11, 16 February and 29 April 1637.

Summary of proceedings
No counsel was mentioned in this cause. On 28 January 1637 George Polhill was required to appear in person before the Earl of Arundel, Lord Maltravers and Sir Henry Marten. On 11 and 16 February, and then 29 April 1637 he was warned to pay the officers of arms their fees.
