Abstract

The nature and result of this cause of office against William Plummer remains unknown, but it probably relates to non-payment of funeral fees for the father of the defendant.

Summary of proceedings

Surviving damaged proceedings indicate that this cause came before Lord Maltravers and John Allen, notary public, around c.1636-8.
