This Day, the Cause concerning the Barony of Bergevenie was heard again in the House, according to the Appointment upon Thursday last; and, because the Time served not now to end the Pleading thereof, the Lords have appointed another Hearing of the same upon Saturday next, the 12th of this Instant, by Two in the Afternoon.
