E. of Cleveland's Estate.

A Bill for Confirmation and Explanation of an Act for settling some of the Manors and Lands of the Earl of Cleveland in Trustees, to be sold for the satisfying of the Debts of the Earl, and the Lord Wentworth his Son, was this Day read the Second time.

A Proviso for charging 6,000£. on the Estate of the said Earl, on the Behalf of the Lady Poole, and others, was this Day twice read: And it was, upon the Question,

Resolved, That the said Proviso be added unto, and made Part of the said Bill.

Another Proviso, on the Behalf of George Mountague Esquire, a Member of this House, being twice read;

Lord Bruce reported from the Committee to whom the Bill for Naturalization of Renee de Sabran was committed, several Amendments to the said Bill: Which he read, with the Coherence, in his Place; and then delivered in the said Bill at the Clerk's Table: Which said Amendments being severally twice read;

Resolved, That this House doth agree to the said Amendments.

But this House then taking the said Bill into further Debate;

Resolved, upon the Question, That the said Bill be re-committed, upon the Matter of the present Debate, to the former Committee: And they are to meet, in the Place formerly appointed, on Monday next, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

Mr. Solicitor General made Report, That the Committee hath made a further Progress in the said Bill.

And the House then adjourned the further Debate of the said Bill till the next Day of Session of this House; and then ordered, that the same should be resumed.
