Prestwich's Estate.

Mr. Goodrick reported several Amendments, from the Committee to whom the Bill for confirming a Sale, made by Sir Thomas Prestwich, and others, of the Manor of Holme, and certain Lands in the Parish of Manchester in the County of Lancaster, unto Sir Edward Moseley Baronet, was committed: Which he read, with the Coherence, in his Place; and after, delivered in the Bill at the Clerk's Table: Which said Amendments being severally twice read;

Resolved, That this House doth agree to the said Amendments; and that the Bill, so amended, be ingrossed.

Committee for Trade.

Stockbridge Election.

Serjeant Charleton made Report from the Committee of Privileges and Elections, touching the Election for the Borough of Stockbridge in the County of South . . . . Concerning which, the Question was, Whether the Bailiff had well adjourned the Election; and the Opinion of the Committee, That the Bailiff had well adjourned the same; and that Sir Robert Howard and Colonel Phillips were well elected.

Resolved, That this House doth agree with the Committee, That the said Election was well adjourned; and the said Sir Robert Howard and Colonel Phillips were duly elected, and ought to sit in this House, as Burgesses for the said Borough of Stockbridge.

Clithero Copyholders.

A Bill for the Copyholders of the Honour of Clithero, in the County of Lancaster, was this Day read the First time.

Rannes Manor.

A Bill for Confirmation of the Estates of several Tenants and Copyholders of the Manor of Rannes, &c. was this Day read the First time.

Mr. Speaker, The Lords send you, by us, two Bills; the one intituled, An Act for draining of the Level of the Fens, in the County of Lincolne, extending itself from the River of Gleane and Bourne, to Kine Ea, as well within the Parts of Kestiven, as Holland (the Eight-hundred Fen excepted); and from the said Kine Ea, to the City of Lincolne, and thence Westward to the Banks of Trent, commonly called Lindsey Level;

L. Abergevenny's Estate.

The other, An Act to enable John Lord Abergevenny, Son and Heir to Henry, late Lord Abergevenny, to sell certain Lands, for Payment of his Debts, and Preferment of his Brother and Sisters: To both which, their Lordships desire the Concurrence of this House.
