Rodes' Decree, &c.

A BILL, sent from the Lords, intituled, An Act for Confirmation of a Decree, made in the Court of Chancery, the Four-and-twentieth Day of February, Anno Regni Regis Caroli Secundi vicesimo septimo, in a Cause between Sir Francis Rodes Baronet, since deceased, and Dame Martha his Wife, Plaintiffs; and William Thornton an Infant, by Cyprian Thornton, his Guardian; and John Thornton, and the said Cyprian Thornton, Defendants; and of several Conveyances and Assurances, made by the said Sir Francis Rodes in pursuance thereof, as well for Payment of his Debts, as for Provision for his Wife and Children; was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be committed to Mr. Osborne, Sir Hum. Winch, Mr. Greenvile, Sir Gilb.Gerrard, Sir Wm. Haward, Sir Ch. Harbord, Lord Castleton, Sir Jos. Tridenham, Sir Ric. Wiseman, Mr. Bertie, Mr. Crowch, Sir John Talbot, Sir Wm. Franckland, Sir Rich. Everard, Mr. Westphaling, Sir John Newton, Sir Hen. Winstead Manor.

A Bill for discharging the Manor of Winstead in the County of York, from a Settlement in Tail, and charging other Manors and Lands in the County of Lincolne, with the same Uses, was read the First time.

A Bill, sent from the Lords, intituled, An Act for impowering and licensing of Protestant Strangers and Foreigners to exercise their Trades, in the Places mentioned in this Act, was read the First time.

A Bill, sent from the Lords, intituled, An Act to enable the Right honourable Thomas Lord Morley and Mounteagle, to make Sale of the Manor of Farlton, and certain Lands and Hereditaments in Farleton, in the County of Lancaster, for Payment of Debts, was read the Third time.

Exporting Wool.

Mr. Speaker, The Lords have sent you down a Bill, intituled, An Act to enable the Guardian of the Right honourable Edward Earl of Warwick and Holland to make Leases of several Messuages, herein after-mentioned, during his Minority; rendering the improved Rent: To which they desire the Concurrence of this House:

And have commanded us to acquaint you, That they have agreed to the Amendments sent from this House to the Bill, on the Behalf of Robert Coke Esquire; and to the Amendments to the Bill to enable Trustees to raise Money on Cobham House and Park.
