Abstract

The cause and result of Fuller's complaint against Dobbs remain unknown, as the proceedings only record Dobbs's attachment to answer in June 1635. [For Dobbs's counter suit, see cause 164].

Summary of proceedings

No counsels were mentioned. In around June 1635, John Dobbs was attached and proceeded against for contempt, with the cause ordered to continue on 20 October following.
