[Cambridge.] Knesworthe and Waddon. 32a. and 5 feet, certain rustic tenants, and 1/10 of Knesworth mill, held on the day he did his homage to Robert Picot by service of 1/15 knight, and 1/5 of 3s. to the guard of Richemund (castle) yearly.
Knesworth. ½ virgate land held of Eustace de Roucestre for 4s. yearly, saving foreign service.
But on the day he was outlawed the said Martin had only 8½a. in demesne, and 13d., 1 pair of gloves, and 1 lb. cummin rent.
The tenement was taken into the king's hands at the feast of St. Peter ad Vincula next after the peace made between the king and his barons and so remained for 1 year and 8 weeks.

Writ (missing). Verdict of the men of the ward (custodia) of Adam de Basing concerning the lands, &c. which were of the said Peter (undated.)
London. 13 shops, 1 upper chamber and a cellar (names of tenants given), worth 8l. 16s. 8d. From which are due to the canons of Mertone 40s., to the canons of St. Bartholomew 5 marks, to the hospital of St. Bartholomew 5s. 4d., and to the hospital of St. Katharine 1 mark. Master Thomas Eswy holds the chief house in Ismongerelane, which he recovered from the said Peter in the Husting (court) by the king's writ by default made by the said Peter, and it is now let for 100s. yearly, and there are due to the lords of the fee 47s., and to John Adrian, draper, ½ mark, and 3½d. for the king's scotage.

[Sussex.] Berewyke manor (extent given), from which are due yearly to Sir Hugh Mortein 12l., to Lady Alice de Marley 35s. 6½d., to Sir Robert Pogeys 17s. 9¼d., to Sir Giles de Argentein 17s. 9¼d., for sheriff's aid 2s. 8½d., for hundred-silver 9d., and for suit of county (court) 6s. 8d.
This extent was made in the presence of the bailiffs of William Marmyun whose was the manor, and of Robert Agwilun to whom the king gave it.

[Ireland.] The Vale of Dublin. Extent of a moiety of the land late of Walter de Ridelisford, which ought to come to the said Robert by reason of his wife, who was one of the two daughters and heirs of the said Walter and died before her father. The said Walter had 4 carucates and 25a. land in demesne, 6l. 3s. 7½d. rent of assize, 1 carucate pasture, and 2½ carucates land with a moiety of a mill, which are at farm for 117s. 10d. yearly, doing service of 1 knight to the king. Robert de Marisco held no land of the king in the vale of Dublin. There is also a rent of 1½lb. pepper.
