Thorisby's Estate.
A BILL to enable Trustees to sell Lands for Payment of the Debts of Francis Thorisby, was read the First time.
Resolved, &c. That the Bill be read a Second time.
Banks' Estate.
An ingrossed Bill, sent from the Lords, intituled, An Act to enable the Trustees of Sir Ralph Banks to sell Lands for Payment of Debts, was read the Second time.
Resolved, &c. That the Bill be committed to Sir Rich. Francklyn, Sir Allen Broderick, Mr. Westphaling, Mr. Chetwin, M. Crowch, Mr. Weld, Sir Ch. Harbord, Mr. Culliford, Sir John Burlace, Colonel Sandys, Sir John Mallet, Mr. Palmer, Mr. Hide, Mr. Collins, Mr. Mansell, Sir Fr. Clarke, Sir Anth. Irby, Col. Strode, Mr. Whittacre, Sir Rich. Graham, Mr. Hunt, Col Phillips, Col. Birch, Mr. Burlace, Sir John Bowyer, Sir Bain. Throgmorton, Mr. Stawell, Colonel Ro. Phillips, Sir Edm. Windham, Sir Tho. Mompesson, Sir Ed. Norris, Lord Latimer, Mr. Bertie, Sir Robert Thomas, Mr. Swanton, and all the Members of this House that serve for the County of Dorset: And they are to meet in the Speaker's Chamber, at Two of the Clock this Afternoon: And Notice is to be given to the Lady Banks; and a Copy of the Bill ordered to be sent to her: And the Committee is impowered to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

An ingrossed Bill, sent from the Lords, intituled, An Act for naturalizing Jane de Galiere Countess of Lincolne, and others, was read the First time.
Ledbury Vicarage.
Ordered, That Colonel Sandys and Sir Ban. Throgmorton be added to the Bill of Ledbury.
Supply Bill; Poll Tax.
The House then resolved itself into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed further in the Consideration of the Bill for raising Money by a Poll.
Mr. Speaker left the Chair.
Sir Edw. Deering took the Chair of the Committee.
Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.
Sir Edw. Deering reports from the said Committee, That they had made some further Progress in the said Bill; and humbly moved, that they may have Leave to sit again immediately.
Mr. Sacheverell reports from the Committee to whom it was referred to prepare and bring in a Clause for prohibiting of French Commodities, a Clause agreed by the Committee: Which he read in his Place; and afterwards delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table: Where the same was twice read.
Resolved, &c. That the said Clause be referred to the Consideration of the Committee of the whole House.
The House then resolved itself into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed further in the Consideration of the Bill for raising Money by a Poll; and the Clause now reported.
Mr. Speaker left the Chair.
Sir Edw. Deering took the Chair of the Committee.
Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.
Sir Edw. Deering reports from the Committee, That they had made some further Progress; and humbly moved, That they may have Leave to sit again To-morrow.
Resolved, &c. That this House will To-morrow Morning, at Ten of the Clock, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed further in the Consideration of the Bill for raising Money by a Poll.
Thompson's, &c. Estates.
Ordered, That all the Members of this House shall have Voices, at the Committee to whom the Bill for Discovery of the Estates of Thompson, Nelthrop, and other Bankrupts, stands committed.
Leave of Absence.
Ordered, That Mr. Elliot have Leave to go into the Country.
