Restoring Lord Audley.

A BILL, sent from the Lords, intituled, An Act for restoring the Honour of Baron Audley of Hely to James Lord Audley, and others herein mentioned; and also for restoring them in Blood; was read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be read a Second time.

Earl of Warwick and Holland's Estate.

A Bill sent from the Lords, intituled, An Act to enable the Guardian of the Right honourable Edward Earl of Warwick and Holland to make Leases of several Messuages herein after-mentioned, during his Minority, rendering the improved Rent, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be committed to Sir Anth. Irby, Sir Char. Harbord, Sir Geo. Downing, Mr. Buller, Sir Robert Barkely, Sir Jos. Tredenham, Sir John Cotton, Sir Fr. Burying in Woolen.

A Bill to inforce the Burying in Woolen was read the Second time.

Reeves, Sir Edw. Deering, Mr. Palmes, Mr. Crouch, Sir John Covert, Sir Edw. Harlo, Sir John Cotton, Mr. Eyres, Sir John Pelham, Sir Edm. Jenings, Sir Charles Wheeler, Sir Gilbert Talbot, Sir John Malet, Sir John Knight, Sir Eliab Harvey, Mr. Morris, and all the Members of this House that serve for the several Counties in Wales: And they are to meet To-morrow at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber:

And it is recommended to Sir George Downing, to take care of the Bill.

Banks' Estate.

A Message from the Lords, by Sir Timothy Baldwin and Sir And. Hacket;

Mr. Speaker, The Lords have sent you down a Bill, intituled, An Act to enable the Trustees of Sir Ralph Banks, to sell Lands for Payment of Debts: To which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Poll Tax.

The House then resolved itself into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed further in the Consideration of the Bill for raising Money by a Poll.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Sir Edw. Deering took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Sir Edw. Deering reports from the Committee, That the Committee had made some further Progress: And humbly moved, from the said Committee, That they may have Leave to sit again To-morrow.

Resolved, &c. That this House will, To-morrow Morning at Ten of the Clock, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed further in the Consideration of the Bill for raising Money by a Poll.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight of the Clock.
