Lord Morley's Estate.

ORDERED, That the Committee to whom the Bill concerning the Lord Morley was committed, be revived; and do sit this Afternoon, in the Place formerly appointed.

Bills sent from Lords.

A Message from the Lords, by Sir Timothy Baldwin and Sir Edward Low;

Mr. Speaker, The Lords have sent you down Two Bills; the one intituled, An Act for the Punishing of Atheism and Blaspemy; the other, initituled, An Act for Confirmation of a Decree made in the Court of Chancery the Four-and-twentieth Day of February, Anno regni Regis Caroli Secundi vicesimo septimo, in a Cause between Sir Francis Rodes Baronet, since deceased, and Dame Martha his Wife, Plaintiffs; and William Thornton an Infant, by Cyprian Thornton his Guardian, and John Thornton, and the said Cyprian Thornton; and of several Conveyances and Assurances made by the said Sir Francis Rodes, in pursuance thereof, as well for Payment of his Debts, as for Provision for his Wife and Children: To which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Cooper's Estate.

A Petition of Jane Cooper was read; complaining of a Damage which may come to her, by a Bill depending in this House, for Sale of the Estate of Cecil Cooper; whereby she may be defeated of a just Debt.

Ordered, That this Petition be committed to the same Committee to which the Bill for Sale of Cecil Cooper's Estate was committed; to examine, whether the Lands to be sold by the Bill, be subject to the Debt demanded by the Petitioner; and to report the Matter to the House, when they report the Bill.

Interment of Charles I.

Ordered, That the Bill for erecting of a Monument for his late Sacred Majesty King Charles the First be delivered in, and read on Tuesday Morning next.

Cotton's Estate.

A Bill to enable Sir John Cotton Baronet to dispose of a Messuage called St. German's, and Lands therewith used near St. Albans in the County of Hertford, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be committed to Sir John Otway, Mr. Eyres, Sir John Barnaby, Sir Courtney Poolc, Sir Geo. Downing, Mr. Berty, Mr. Apprice, Sir Tho. Lee, Sir Tho. Proby, Sir Gilbert Gerrard, Mr. Westphaling, Sir Charles Wheeler, Mr. Crowch, Sir Rob. Barnham, Serjeant Rigby, Mr. Prideaux, Sir Trevor Williams, Sir Jos. Tridenham, Sir John Knight, Sir Tho. Mompesson, Sir Lyonell Walden, Sir Tho. Allen, Sir Rob. Howard, and all the Members that serve for the Counties of Hertford, Huntington, and Cambridge: And they are to meet on Monday next, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber.

Durham Writ.

Ordered, That the Committee of Privileges and Elections do take the Matter concerning Durham into Consideration; and return their Report therein with all convenient Speed.

Irregular Adjournments.

The House then, according to their Order, took up the Debate concerning the late Adjournments of the House.
