Regulating Attorneys.

ORDERED, That the Committee to which the Bill for regulating the Number of Attornies is referred, be revived; and do sit on Thursday next, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Places formerly appointed.

Lindsey Level.

Ordered, That the Committee to whom the Bill for draining Lindsey Level stands committed, be revived; and do sit in the Place formerly appointed, on Thursday next, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon: And that all Parties concerned be summoned to attend the Committee on this Day Three Weeks.

Cobham Estate.

A Bill, sent from the Lords, to enable Trustees to raise Money on Cobham House and Park, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be committed to Sir Chr. Musgrave, Sir John Coryton, Sir Geo. Downing, Mr. Goreing, Mr. Eyres, Mr. Serj. Rigby, Mr. Okeley, Mr. Ayliffe, Sir Rob. Holmes, Sir Trevor Williams, Sir John Covert, Mr. Westphaling, Sir Edw. Deering, Sir Rich. Franckland, Sir Rich. Wiseman, Sir John Pettus, Sir John Knight, Sir Rob. Holt, Mr. Progers, Sir Courtney Poole, Sir John Barnaby, Lord Ancram, Sir Rob. Sawyer, Mr. St. John, Sir Joseph Tredenham, Sir Gilb. Gerard, Sir John Holman, Sir Roger Bradshaw, Mr. Wright, Sir John Bennett, Sir Lanc. Lake, Mr. Price, Sir Cha. Wheeler, Sir John Hotham, Sir Rob. Dillington, Sir Hen. Goodrick, Sir Edm. Jenings, Sir John Reresby, and all the Members of this House that serve for the County of Kent, and the City, Boroughs, and Ports thereof: And they are to meet in the Speaker's Chamber on Thursday next, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon: And are impowered to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

The House then proceeded to the Consideration of his Majesty's Speech.

Which was again read by Mr. Speaker.

And a Debate arising thereupon;

Resolved, &c. That an Address be presented to his Majesty, containing the Thanks of this House, for expressing his great Care of the Protestant Religion, in marrying of his Niece with a Protestant Prince; and humbly to beseech his Majesty, that his Majesty will be pleased to admit of no Treaty of Peace, but such an one as leaves the French King in no better State and Condition to offend his Neighbours, than he is left in by the Pyrenean Treaty (for the obtaining of which, his Majesty shall never want the ready Assistances and Support of this House); and that neither ourselves, nor any other of the Allies, shall hold any Commerce or Trade with the French King or his Subjects, during the War. And it is referred to Sir Wm. Coventrey, Sir Tho. Littleton, Sir Hen. Capell, Sir Geo. Downing, Sir Tho. Meres, Mr. Secretary Williamson, Sir Tho. Clergis, Sir John Hotham, Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Harboard, Col. Byrch, Lord Cavendish, Sir Chr. Musgrave, Sir Tho. Lee, Mr. Powle, Mr. Garraway, Mr. Secretary Coventrey, Mr. Williams, Sir John Trevor, Sir Trevor Williams, Lord O Brian, Mr. Sacheverell, Sir Eliab Harvey, Sir Robert Carr, Sir John Hanmer, Sir John Mallett, or any Five of them, to prepare and draw up the said Address: And they are to meet this Afternoon, at Four of the Clock, in the Speaker's Chamber.

Interment of Charles I.

Resolved, &c. That this House will sit To-morrow at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon; and then resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of the Manner of a more decent and solemn Interment of his late Sacred Majesty King Charles the First, of ever blessed Memory.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Nine of the Clock.
