Declaration to the King.
The grand Committee, about the Declaration, sat.
Mr. Herberte reporteth from this Committee, that there was a Declaration there framed (which he tendered to the House) which in the Opinion of the said Committee, was to be presented to his Majesty.
King's Letter.
Upon Question, a Committee of the whole House presently to take his Majesty's Letter into Consideration.
Ordered, Mr. Herberte shall now make his Report from the Committee.
Declaration to the King.
And, upon his Report, Ordered, We should go on with the Declaration, and an Addition, comprehending an Answer to his Majesty's Letter.
This Addition to be made by the former Sub-committee, to meet Five Clock this Afternoon, in the former Place : And the Declaration re-committed to the same Sub-committee. And all other Committees this Afternoon to be put off, otherwise than to adjourn themselves.
