Rebels Lands.

Mr. Serjeant Lovelace, Mr. Yelverton, Mr. Boyer, Mr. Layton, and Mr. Robte. Bowes, are presently sent to the Lords, to confer touching the Amendments in the Bill of fraudulent Conveyances made by the late Rebels in the North.

Mr. Doctor Barcley and Mr. Powle do bring from the Lords a Bill, intituled, An Act for the Lord Viscount Hawarde of Bynden, and Henry Hawarde Esquire and Frances his Wife; with Commendation for Expedition.

Licences.

1. The Bill against Abuses of Licence for Transportation of prohibited Wares. - The first Reading.

Innholders, &c.

3. The Bill touching Innholders, common Cooks, Tavern-keepers, &c. - The third Reading.

Poor.

Mr. Doctor Vaughan and Mr. Doctor Yale do bring from the Lords the Bill for setting the Poor on Work, and for avoiding of Idleness ; and certain Amendments, and a Proviso.

Lady Weyneman.

Mr. Treasurer for the Commitment of the Lady Weyneman's Case, reporteth, that both the Parties have submitted themselves to the Arbitrement of the Lord Treasurer, the Lord Chamberlain, the Earl of Leycester, Mr. Treasurer, Mr. Comptroller, Mr. Chancellor of the Duchy, and Mr. Captain of the Guard, or the most part of them, to be made within One Year next after the End of this present Session of Parliament; and prayen the Passing of a Bill in this present Parliament, for the Performation and Accomplishment of the same Arbitrement.

Innholders, &c.

A Proviso, with some Amendments, offered to the Bill for Reformation of Innholders, common Cooks, and Tavern-keepers ; and being twice read, after the Question, is, upon the Division of the House, by the Advantage of the Number of Forty Persons, ordered to be ingrossed, and added to the Bill: And then afterwards, upon another Question, and like Division of the House, the Bill, with the Proviso, was dashed, by the Difference of Eight-and-twenty Persons.

The Master of the Rolls and Mr. Serjeant Barham do bring from the Lords a Bill for the Appointing of Wharfs and Keys for the Unlading and Discharging of Merchandizes;

and withal a Message from them, that some of this House may be appointed to have Conference with some such of their Lordships, as shall be thought meet, touching such private Bills in both Houses, as, upon their Conference together, shall be thought fittest to be expedited : Whereupon it is Ordered, that twelve of this House shall be appointed for that Purpose; viz. Mr. Treasurer, Mr. Captain of the Guard, Mr. Wilson, Master of the Requests, Sir Henr. Ratclyff, Sir Rowland Hayward, Sir Thoms. Scotte, Sir John Thynne, Sir Henr. Wallopp, Sir George Penrudock, Mr. Popham, Mr. Sampole, and Mr. Yelverton.
