THE Bill for the well Garbling of Spices: - The first Reading.

Oats.

The Bill for the true Measuring of Oats, which shall be bought and sold within the Realm of England, and the Marches of Wales, secondly read, and committed: - Sir Herbert Crofts, Mr. Johnson, Sir Ed. Grevill, Sir Edm. Bowyer, Sir Jerome Horsey, Mr. Tate, Mr. Cole, Mr. Blinco, Sir Jo. Thynne, Sir Edm. Ludlowe: - To-morrow Morning, Committee Chamber.

Sail-cloth.

The Bill for the Making of Poll-davies, and Mildernix, &c. brought in from the Committee, with Amendments; and ordered to be ingrossed.

Tebold's Estate.

The Bill to enable John Tebold, Gentleman, to make his Wife a Jointure of certain of his Lands, and to sell some Part, for Preferment of his younger Children: -

Watkins discharged, upon Motion of Sir Edw. Hobby, without calling him to the Bar, out of the Mercy of the House, since it inclines to Mercy, in that, and other Cases.
