The freehold is a portion of the Stainton estate.

General description.

These premises consist of a pair of semi-detached three-storey brick buildings and basement. Their entrance doorways open direct into the living rooms. Internally, they each consist of one room to a floor, with a staircase at back. The two rooms on the top floor are approached by the staircase in the north house only, the staircase to the south house terminating at the first floor. Access to the premises from the street is obtained through a covered way.
