Ordered: in pursuance of his Majesty's order in Council that all
process be discontinued against several merchants of Exeter, &c.
who were prosecuted by Mr. William Dickenson and Mr. Richard
Ward under pretence of colouring strangers' goods under their own
names. And the said Mr. Ward, on behalf of himself and the said
Mr. Dickenson, doth agree accordingly to discontinue process
against the said merchants upon their payment of the sum of 60l.
to them, the said Dickenson and Ward, in consideration of their
charges in prosecution. |
