Gigge Mills.

1. The Bill to suffer Gigge Mills to be in a Part of Devon.

Brewers.

1. The Bill, that Beer-brewers may retain Flemings and Aliens, above the Number of Four.

Tanners.

1. The Bill to repeal the Branch against Tanners for buying of raw Hides. - Mr. Mershe.

Foreign Wares.

1. The Bill to avoid divers Foreign Wares, as Girdles, Gloves, &c.

Durham Fines.

3. The Bill for Fines to be levied in the County Palatine of Durham. - Jud'm.

Usury.

2. The Bill to revive the Act touching Usury Anno 37o H. VIII.

Wotton Bassett Writ.

For that John Hyppesley, Esquire, is returned a Burgess for Wotton Bassett in Wilteshire, and also for Wells in Somerset, and doth appear for Wells, a new Writ is required for Wotton Bassett.

Iron Mill.

Mr. Elryngton appeared this Day, with Mr. Serjeant Harper, and Mr. Plowden, being of this learned Counsel, and shewing great Reasons, that the Bill might be rejected.

Certain Articles delivered by the Mayor of Guldeford, for Maintenance of the Bill, were read ; and the Copy thereof awarded to Mr. Elrington.

Privilege.

Giles Clynkett, Servant to Sir John Parrott, Knt. of Pembroke, attached in London in a Plea of Debt, at the Suit of Frances Parke, hath the Privilege granted.
