Yeoman Packman c. 1669–1685
The yeoman packman was probably appointed by the master of the horse. His wages were £12 18s 6 1/2d on the Household Establishment of 1664, plus a hackney livery according to the Stables Establishment of 1669. His position was eliminated by the Establishment of 1685. (fn. 1)
