The Duke of Norfolk came into the House, and made Request, that the House would pass his Bill; shewing, that, for the Causes betwixt him and the Patentees, he would abide the Order of certain Lords, and other, to whom the Matter was compromitted; and if the Arbiters did not agree, then the Queen to make a final End, as it should please her Highness.
