Warrants for Witnesses.
ORDERED, A Warrant shall issue, under Mr. Speaker's Hand, for Witnesses to be sent for, to testify for Sir H. Hastinges.
The Sheriff also desireth a Time to be heard with his Witnesses.
Tuesday sevennight appointed to hear them both with their Witnesses.
A Warrant for Sir H. Hastings' Witnesses to appear on that Day, at his own Charge.
Upon Question, the Sheriff to have also a Warrant for such Witnesses, as he shall think fit, at his Charges.
Burlimachi's Petition.
A Petition from Mr. Burlimachi, read. The Consideration thereof referred to the grand Committee appointed to take the Account of the Three Subsidies, and Three Fifteens.
