Herring's Estate.

A BILL to enable Trustees to sell Lands, for the Payment of the Debts of John Herring, deceased, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be committed to Sir Fran. Rolles, Mr. Crouch, Mr. Walter Chetwind, Sir Tho. Stringer, Sir John Mallett, Mr. Anch. Gray, Sir Charles Wheeler, Sir Tho. Estcourt, Mr. Whittacre, Mr. Pepis, Col. Gilby, Mr. Westphaling, Sir John Cary, Sir Rob. Cann, Mr. Mainard, Mr. Mallet, Sir John Covert, Mr. Wm. Chetwin, Mr. Ducket, Mr. John Gray, Mr. Osborne, Sir John Rolles, Sir Fr. Drake, Sir Anth. Irby, Mr. Culliford, and all the Members that serve for the Counties of Southampton and Wilts: And they are to meet To-morrow at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber.

Thynne's Jointure.

An ingrossed Bill to enable Thomas Thynne Esquire to settle a Jointure upon a Wife, was read the Third time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill do pass: And that the Title . . . An Act to enable Thomas Thynne, of Long Leat in the County of Wilts, Esquire, to settle a Jointure on a Wife, of certain Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments therein mentioned: And that Sir John Mallett do carry up the Bill to the Lords, for their Concurrence.

Burying in Woolen.

Sir George Downing presents a Bill to enforce the Burying in Woolen only, pursuant to the Order of the House: Which was read the First time.

Woolen Manufacture.
