MARY Wanley Widow, the late Wife of Valentine Wanley, born at Diep in Normandy, did this Day take the Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy, in order to her Naturalization.

Heblethwaite's Estate.

A Bill to enable Sir Tho. Heblethwaite to settle an Estate, for Provision of younger Children, was read the First time.

Ordered, That this Bill be read a Second time Tomorrow Morning.

Preserving Timber in Deane Forest.

A Bill for the Preservation and Increase of Timber in the Forest of Deane, was read the Second time.

Resolved, That this Bill be committed, upon the Debate in the House, to the Committee, to which it was referred to prepare and bring in the Bill; and that these Persons following be added to the Committee; viz. Sir Tho. Gower, Sir Cha. Harbord, Sir Hum. Winch, Sir Jo. Northcote, Col. Birch, Sir Solomon Swale, Sir Antho. Irby, Mr. Sprye, Sir Jo. Birkenhead, Mr. Pleydell, Mr. Weld, Sir Wm. Terringham, Sir Richard Franklyn, Lord Fitzwilliams, Sir Lanc. Lake, Sir Robert Atkins, Sir Jo. Fitz James, Sir Wm. Lowther, Sir Jo. Holland, Sir Jo. Interruptions in Public Worship.

Several Informations being given of insolent Carriages and Abuses, committed by Persons in many Places, in interrupting and disturbing Ministers in their Churches, and holding Meetings of their own, contrary to Law;

Resolved, That this Matter be taken into further Consideration on Monday Morning next.

Miscarriages of the War.

The House then resumed the Debate of the Matter concerning Miscarriages in the late War.

The Paper of Report, relating to Miscarriages in discharging Ships by Tickets, was again read.

A Paper of the Lord Anglesey, concerning Inconveniences and Abuses in discharging Mariners by Tickets, was read.

The Orders of the Commissioners of the Navy, concerning the Method of Payment of Tickets, was delivered in, and read.

Resolved, &c. That the Commissioners of the Navy be heard on Thursday next, to answer their not observing their own Order, of the Second of August 1666, for the more regular paying off Seamen with Tickets; and why they paid by Tickets.

Resolved, That the further Debate of the Report of Miscarriages in the late War be re-assumed on Thursday Morning next.

Committees.

Ordered, That all Committees, which are discontinued, be revived; and do sit this Afternoon.
