Reversing Stanley's Attainder.

A BILL for reversing the Attainder of Sir Charles Stanley, Knight of the Bath, touching the Death of George Symonds, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill be committed to Lord Ancram, Sir Tho. Higgons, Sir Jeff. Shakerley, Sir Anth. Irby, Sir Roger Bradshaw, Sir Solo. Swale, Sir Lanc. Lake, Lord Richardson, Sir Tho. Cornewall Rivers.

An ingrossed Bill for making navigable the Rivers and Watercourses in the County of Cornewall, into the Sea, was read the Third time.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill do pass: And that the Title shall be, An Act for making navigable the Rivers and Watercourses in the County of Cornewall, into the Sea.

Uniting Churches.

A Bill for uniting of Churches in Cities and Towns Corporate, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill be committed to Sir Hen. Herbert, Colonel Robinson, Sir Solo. Swale, Sir Tho. Allen, Sir Cliff. Clifton, Lord Richardson, Sir Hen. Lord Loughborough's Navigation.

An ingrossed Bill, sent from the Lords, to enable the Lord Loughborough to make the River from Bristow Causey into the Thames navigable, with the Amendments agreed by this House, was read the Third time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the Amendments, be returned back to the Lords.

Duchy of Lancaster Affidavits.

Mr. Rigby reports from the Committee to which the Bill for enabling the Chancellor of the Duchy to impower Commissioners to take Affidavits in the Country, was committed, some Amendments to be made to the Bill: Which he read, with the Coherence, in his Place; and after, delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table: Which Amendments were twice read; and, upon the Question, severally agreed to.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the Amendments agreed to, be ingrossed.

Ld. Strangford's Estate.

Mr. Ford reports from the Committee to which the ingrossed Bill, sent from the Lords, to enable Trustees for the Lord Strangford to sell Lands, for Payment of Debts, was committed, some Amendments agreed by the Committee to be made, and Provisoes to be added, to the Bill: Which he read, with the Coherence, in his Place; and after, delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table. Which Amendments were twice read; and, with the Addition of the Word "decreed," instead of "declared," in the Proviso, upon the Question, severally agreed to.

Resolved, &c. That there be an Addition to the Amendments, of a Debt of Fifty Pounds, due to Mr. Thomas France.

Which being done; and the Bill, with the Amendments agreed, were read a Third time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the Amendments agreed, be returned back to the Lords.

Kirkby's Claim on Nevill.

An ingrossed Bill for Satisfaction of a just Debt due by Henry Nevill Esquire to Colonel Richard Kirkby, was read the Third time.

Resolved, &c. That Sir Roger Bradshaigh, of Haigh in the County of Lancaster, be added in the Bill, instead of Sir John Talbott.

Which was done; and the Words thrice read; and agreed to.

A Proviso was tendered on the Behalf of Robert Clayton, John Morrice, and Elizabeth Dowrich; and thrice read.

The Question being put, That the Proviso be made Part of the Bill;

It passed in the Negative.

The Question being put, That the Bill do pass;

The House was divided.

The Yeas went out.

And so it was resolved in the Affirmative.

Resolved, &c. That the Title shall be, An Act for Satisfaction of a just Debt due by Henry Nevill Esquire to Colonel Richard Kirkby.

And Mr. Rigby is to carry up the Bill to the Lords, for their Concurrence.

Interest on Loans.

A Bill for permitting Persons that shall lend Money for Supply of his Majesty's Occasions, to take above Six Pounds per Cent. Interest, was read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill be read the Second time To-morrow Morning.

Salt Marshes.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill be read the Second time To-morrow Morning.
