THIS House being informed, that Colonel Bullen Reymes had Occasion to go into the Country to visit his Wife, who was very sick;

Ordered, That the said Colonel Reymes have the Leave of this House to go into the Country to visit his Wife.

A Bill to enable Rowland Okeover Esquire to sell certain Lands in the County of Derby, was this Day read the First time.

Resolved, That the same be read again the Second time on this Day Sevennight.

Packing Butter.

A Bill for well packing and weighing of Butter, and Redress of the Abuses therein, was this Day read the First time.

Lords desire a Conference.

A Message from the Lords, by Sir William Child and Dr. Littleton, Two of the Masters of the Chancery;

Mr. Speaker, The Lords do desire a present free Conference with the Members of this House, in the Painted Chamber, touching the Matter of the late Conference.

And, the Messengers being withdrawn;

The House took the said Message into Consideration: And

Resolved, upon the Question, That this House doth agreed to the said free Conference: And

Ordered, That the Master of the Rolls, and Sir John Maynard Serjeant at Law, should be added to those formerly appointed to manage the last Conference; and assist in this free Conference.

And the Messengers being again called in, Mr. Speaker acquainted them, that this House had considered of their Message; and had agreed to a present free Conference.

And thereupon those appointed to manage the said free Conference did, with divers Members of the House, repair to the Painted Chamber, and had a free Conference with the Lords: And, upon their Return, this House, having sat late, adjourned till To-morrow Morning, at Eight of the Clock.
