ORDERED, That Mr. Bampfield do carry to the Lords the Bill against profane Swearing and Cursing, and the Bill for enabling John Newton and William Okely to sell Lands; together with the Bill for better Observation of the Lord's Day.

Norfolk Dukedom.

Resolved, That the Bill sent from the Lords for Restitution of Thomas Earl of Arundell, Surry, and Norfolke, to the Dignity and Title of Duke of Norfolke, be now read the Second time.

Impeachment of Drake.

Ordered, That the Manner of presenting to the Lords the Impeachment against Wm. Drake be taken into Consideration To-morrow Morning.

Wool, &c.

The ingrossed Bill for prohibiting the Exportation of Wool, Wool-fells, Fullers Earth, &c. was this Day read the Third time.

Ordered, That, in the 62 Line of the 2d Skin, betwixt the Words "any" and "Sheep," these Words be inserted, "such Weather."

And in the 66 Line of the same Skin, betwixt the Words "Southampton" and "unto," the Word "only" be inserted.

And the said Bill, so amended, being put to the Question, passed.

Resolved, That this be the Title of the said Bill, An Act for prohibiting the Exportation of Wool, Woolfells, Fullers Earth, or any Kind of scowering Earth.

Ordered, That this be carried to the Lords: And Sir George Downing is to carry it to the Lords.

King's Answer to Communication.

The Lord Howard reports, that the Members of this House, who are of his Majesty's Privy Council, had attended his Majesty, according to the Order of this House of Tuesday last; and represented to him the Sense this House hath of his Majesty's many Expressions of Grace; and the Unanimity of this House in settling on his Majesty a Revenue of Twelve hundred thousand Pounds per Annum: And that his Majesty was pleased to return Answer thereunto; "That he gives the House Thanks for their Care of him; and assures them, he will employ this Revenue for the Good of Them and the Kingdom."

Tobacco.

A Bill against planting Tobacco in England, was this Day read the First and Second time; and, upon the Question, committed to the Committee for Trade.

Wool Trade.

Ordered, That the Committee for Trade do speedily examine the Business concerning John Bount, John Burgo, and Elias Mashman, of Canterbury, who stand committed to the Serjeant at Arms attending this House, upon Complaint of their exporting of Wool out of this Kingdom; and report the Matter to this House.

Deane Forest.

Ordered, That the Committee to whom the Business touching the King's Revenue is referred, be and are hereby impowered to hear what Sir John Winter, and the Persons claiming under him, shall offer, as touching his and their Interests in the Forest of Deane; and to treat with them: But not to make any Conclusion therein; but report the Proceedings to this House.
