Prayers.
Army Accompts.
ACCORDING to former Order, the Grand Committee of the House sat, to take into Consideration the Ordinance, Propositions, and Instructions, concerning the taking the Accompts, and satisfying the Soldiers of the Kingdom, that has served the Parliament.
Mr. Knightley in the Chair.
Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.
Mr. Knightley reports from the Grand Committee, That the said Committee had taken into Consideration, the Sixth Proposition; and find it to be of such vast Concernment, that they would not consider further of it, till the House had taken some Resolution upon it: And that the Committee had commanded him to report so much to the House; and to desire the House to appoint some Time when they would take the said Proposition into Consideration.
It is thereupon Ordered, upon the Question, That, on Monday next, after the Reports concerning Ireland, the House do resume the Consideration of the Sixth Proposition, concerning the Satisfaction of the Arrears due to the Soldiery, according to the Report this Day made from the Grand Committee.
