Die publicæ Humiliationis.

ORdered, That Mr. Long and Sir Wm. Massam do, from this House, give Thanks to Doctor Burges and Mr. Marshall, for the great Pains they took in the Sermons they preached this Day, at the Intreaty of this House, at St. Margaret's, Westminster, it being the Day of Publick Humiliation; and to desire them to print their Sermons: And they are to have the like Privilege in Printing of them, as others in the like kind usually have had.

Ordered, That Sir Peter Wentworth and Mr. Ashurst do, from this House, desire Mr. Ford and Mr. Heyrick to preach before the Commons the next Fast-Day at St. Margaret's, Westminster.

Sir Wm. Uvedall, Mr. Francis Gerard, Mr. Framlingham Gawdy, Mr. Thomas Tall, this Day took and subscribed the Covenant.

Resolved, &c. That Mr. Richard Byfeild, of LongDitton in the County of Surry, be added to the Assembly of Divines, in the room of Doctor Featly, deceased.
