Ayre and Cawldes Navigation.

L. 1a. AN Act for the making and maintaining of the Rivers of Ayre and Cawldes, in the West Riding in the County of Yorke, navigable and passable for Boats, Barges, and other Vessels, &c.

Privilege.

Mr. Drake moveth, for a Stay of a Trial in Warwickshyre, for Sir Francis Leighe. - Resolved, a Letter, for Stay.

The Committee about Sir D. Digges his Motion, - Four Clock this Afternoon, in the former Place.

The Committee for practising Papists, - upon Friday next. Two Clock, in the former Place.

After very long Debate, this Bill, upon a double Question, of committing and ingrossing, rejected.

Member's Words reported to the King.

Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer, by Direction of the House, repeated the Words, reported to his Majesty, to have been spoken by Mr. Cooke.

Resolved, The House to turn presently into a grand Committee, and there to consider of this Message from his Majesty concerning Mr. Cooke.

Members going out.

Mr. Speaker took his Chair again, upon a great Confusion of divers going suddenly out of the House.

Ordered, No Man shall go out from the grand Committee, before the Speaker take his Chair again, and so the House rise in the usual Order.
