Entry	College wrote letter of complaint about S to Lord Sidney, who was said (by the Q's physician, Dr Browne) to be concerned with the Q's health. S had been taken into her service, but College suspected he was unlearned and a fraud. He had been examined in 1591 and found to know no Latin; ignorant of Galen; claimed MD Leyden but Coll suspected fraud. Had been forbidden in 1591 & not heard of since. S's new learning must have been acquired 'by infusion ... or els by some extraordinary means.' Coll had complained to Huernius at Leyden.
