Michael de Balcongy, canon of St. Andrews, a benefice in the gift of the prior and chapter of the same.

Robert de Lani, rector of Cartouky, in the diocese of Brechin, a canonry of Glasgow, with expectation of a prebend, notwithstanding the above-named constitution.

That he, while at the university, may visit his archdeaconry by deputy, and receive money procurations for five years.
That he may lecture on, and teach, civil law for five years.
On behalf of his clerk, John Gray, M.A. dispensed as the son of a married man and a nun, for extension of the dispensation, so that he may hold a cathedral dignity.
On behalf of Gilbert Spanky, priest, for a benefice in the gift of the abbot and convent of Lindores.

William Broun, priest, who has studied arts and canon law for many years at Paris and elsewhere, a benefice in the gift of the bishop, chapter, and canons of Dunkeld, notwithstanding that he has the church of Hircon (Hilton), in the diocese of St. Andrews, which he is ready to resign.
Andrew de Hawyk, of noble birth, a canonry of Moray, with expectation of a prebend.
Laurence Laverok, priest, a benefice in the gift of the bishop, chapter, and canons of Dunkeld, notwithstanding that he has a simple prebend in Abernethy, and the church of Madoc, in the diocese of Dunblane, which last he is ready to resign.

Godfrey de Glen, priest, a benefice in the gift of the abbot and convent of Kelso, notwithstanding that he has the church of Lyntor, in the diocese of St. Andrews, which he is ready to resign.
