Abstract
The cause and result of Nevill's complaint against Palmer remain unknown as only Palmer's bond of 15 June 1637 to answer the charge survives.

Sealed, subscribed and delivered in the presence of Humphrey Terrick.
Notes
A William Nevill, aged 13 in 1623, was the third son of Henry Nevill of co. Somerset, and Elinor, sister of Sir Henry Poole of co. Wiltshire. He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn on 16 November 1628. Mary, the daughter of William Nevill of London, merchant, later married Captain John Venn of Bread Street Ward, London.
