Abstract
The cause and result of this case remains unknown as only Rogers' bond to answer the charge remains, dated 8 June 1640. [For an office case against Rogers, probably connected with this action, see cause 373].

Bound to appear 'in the court in the Painted Chamber within the Pallace of Westminster'.
Signed by Richard Rogers, Charles Rogers of the same and William Warren of the same, yeoman.
'Sealed, subscribed and delivered by the within named Richard Rogers in the presence of Wal. Pye'
Also signed by Richard Tardman.
Notes
