John Gunter of Kintbury, co. Berkshire, gent v Brayfield

Abstract
Proceedings survive from January 1637, but they do not reveal either the cause or result of Gunter's complaint against Brayfield.
Summary of proceedings
No counsel was mentioned. On 28 January 1637 Brayfield was warned to appear before the Earl of Arundel, Lord Maltravers and Sir Henry Marten.
Notes
There was a John Gunter who was the son of Charles Gunter of Kintbury, co. Berkshire (d. c.1646) and Anne, daughter of Richard Turvile of Thurlaston, co. Leicester. [For an earlier case where Charles Gunter was defendant, see cause 207]. He married Judith, daughter of William Gunter of co. Wiltshire.
