HODIE 3a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the Naturalizing of Elizabeth Murray, Wife of John Murray, Esquire, one of His Majesty's Bed-chamber; which, being put to the Question, was by general Consent passed, and sent to the Lower House, by Mr. Doctor Amye and Mr. Doctor Ridley.

William Peto, who, on Saturday, the 14th of this Instant May, was by the Court committed to the Prison of The Fleet, this Day exhibited his humble Petition; acknowledging thereby his Fault, and declaring his Sorrow for the same; which being, by the Right Honourable the Lord Chancellor, made known to the House, the said Peto, upon his Submission, was discharged of his Imprisonment, and set at Liberty.

Message from the Lower House, delivered by Mr. Secretary Winwood, Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer; and others, to this Effect: videlicet,
For Conference touching Impositions.
That the Knights, Citizens, and Burgesses of the Commons House of Parliament, do desire a Conference with the Lords, touching the Point of Impositions; and do refer the Number, Time, and Place, unto their Lordships; desiring only to be forborn this Day, because, being employed upon other Service, they cannot at this Time attend this Business.

That the Lords have taken Knowledge of their Message, and will, with the soonest Conveniency, return Answer by Messengers of their own.
Moved by the Lord Chancellor, and by all the Lords generally Agreed, That the Court shall be adjourned, and their Lordships afterwards to continue together in the House, and as a Committee, to take further Consideration of the Message, as aforesaid, received from the Lower House, which was done accordingly.
Adjourn.
