Essex's Lands for Payment of his Debts.
HODIE 2a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the Sale of Part of the Lands of William Essex, of Lamborn, in the County of Berkes, Esquire, for the Payment of his Debts, and settling the Residue upon himself and his Posterity.
And was referred to Committees: videlicet,
Appointed to meet at the Little Chamber, near the Parliament Presence, upon Tuesday next, the 27th of this Instant March, by Eight in the Morning.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the Confirmation of the Sale and Conveyance of divers Manors, Lordships, Liberties, and Hereditaments, late Henry Jernegan's, Esquire, made by Sir Thomas Hirne, Knight, Christopher Hirne, Gentleman, and Clement Hirne, Esquire, unto Sir Jo. Hevenningham, Knight, and Dame Bridgett his Wife.
Upon the Second Reading of this Bill, the House was divided in Opinion, Whether the same should be referred to the Committees on Mr. Essex's Bill, or to some others; and for the Clearing of that Doubt, it was put to the Question, Whether of these Ways it should be committed; which being done, the Number of the Contents and Not Contents being, by Order of the House, reckoned by the Earl of Arundell and Bishop of London, it was found, that the greater Number desired to have it referred to other Committees, whose Names are these: videlicet,
Appointed to meet at the Council Chamber, at the Court at Whitehall, upon Tuesday next, the 27th of March, by Two in the Afternoon.
No Alien to buy any unwrought Horn.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for reviving of Part of a former Act, made in the Fourth Year of King Edward the Fourth, That no Stranger, or Alien, should buy any English Horns unwrought; and that the Wardens of the Horners of the City of London, for the Time being, should have Power to search all Manner of Wares appertaining to their Mystery, in London, and Twenty-four Miles on every Side of it.
