This Day, the Cause concerning the Barony of Bergeveny was heard again in the House, according to the Appointment of the Court Yesterday; but, forasmuch as there now wanted Time to proceed to a full and through Hearing of the same, the Parties of both Sides were required to give their Attendance again, for that Purpose, upon Thursday next, by Two in the Afternoon; at what Time the Lords intended to make an End of hearing the said Cause.
