Assurance of Lands.
HODIE 2a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for Assurance of Lands.
And was referred to Committees: videlicet,
Appointed to meet upon Tuesday next, the Tenth of this Instant, at the Little Chamber, near the Parliament Presence, in the Morning, before the House sit, and the Bill delivered to the Lord Archbishop, the First of the Committees.
Coaches Reject.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, An Act to restrain the excessive and superfluous Use of Coaches, within this Realm of England.
Horses.
This Bill, after the Second Reading, being rejected, a Motion was made by the Lord Keeper, That (forasmuch as this said Bill did in some sort concern the Maintenance of Horses in this Realm) Consideration might be had of the Statutes heretofore made and ordained, touching the Breed and Maintenance of Horses; and that Mr. Attorney-General should peruse and consider of the said Statutes, and of some fit Bill to be drawn and preferred to the House, concerning the same, and concerning the Use of Coaches; and that he should acquaint therewith the Committees appointed for the Bill above-mentioned, for Assurance of Lands; which Motion was approved by the House.
