707. Note: In the year of grace 1233 Master Alexander de Dorset gave to Holy Trinity with his body two selds and five shops in Cheap next Ismongereslane towards the west and a stone house in the same lane and, next to it, certain land with houses on the north which Holy Trinity leased to Benet Pete(v)yn, a Jew, for a gersuma of 40 marks and a rent of 6s. 8d. p.a. as appears by a charter written in Hebrew (per cartam iudaice scriptam) and, for that reason, not written here [14 lines blank].

709. Common plea held in the Husting, Mon. 9 Mar. 1299.
Prior Stephen summoned to reply to Isabel de St. Albans in a plea of taking naam; the prior defended his action; it was agreed by licence of the court that Isabel recognises that she holds by a rent of ½ mark and that she is 20d. in arrears; for this recognisance, the prior remitted the arrears.
708 contd. Ralph Balls, 1 Ed. II who granted the tenement to John Redyng who paid 6s. 8d. as appears by charter (fn. 1) enrolled 3 Ed. II and John paid 1 Ed. III; John Horerwod, 20 Ed. III; Adam Stable, 30 Ed. III; the executors of the duke of Lancaster gave the tenement to St. Paul's for a chantry in the church for the duke; the dean and chapter of St. Paul's and the tenement is situated on the west side of Ysmongereslan.
710. Total of this parish 6s. 8d. and it is tithed at this in the king's exemplification.
