Cobham Estate.

ORDERED, That the Committee to whom the Bill for raising Money on Cobham House and Park is committed, be revived; and do sit this Afternoon in the Place formerly appointed.

Preservation of Fishing.

Ordered, That the Committee to whom the Bill, sent from the Lords, for the Preservation of the Fishing in several Rivers of this Kingdom, is committed, be revived; and do sit this Afternoon in the Place formerly appointed.

Lord Morley's Estate.

An ingrossed Bill, sent from the Lords, intituled, An Act to enable the Right honourable Thomas Lord Morley and Mounteagle, Baron of Rye, to make Sale of the Manor of Farleton, and certain Lands and Hereditaments in Farleton in the County of Lancaster for Payment of Debts, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That this Bill be committed to Mr. Serjeant Rigby, Sir Hen. Puckering, Sir Nic. Pedley, Sir Nic. Staning, Sir Tho. Allen, Sir John Otway, Mr. Progers, Mr. King, Sir John Mallett, Sir John Lowther, Mr. Wright, Sir Wm. Lowther, Sir Edm. Jennings, Sir Hen. Goodrick, Sir Robert Carr, Sir John Knight, Sir Roger Bradshaw, Sir John Cotton, Mr. Crowch, Mr. Weld, Lord O Brian, Lord Ancram, Sir Wm. Privilege- a Member convicted of Recusancy.

The Clerk of the Peace for the County of Middlesex, according to the Order of the House, delivered in the Conviction of Sir Solomon Swale for Popish Recusancy.

And a Petition of Sir Solomon Swale being tendered;

Ordered, That Sir Solomon Swale be summoned to attend the House on this Day Fortnight.

Hearth Money Patents.

Ordered, That the Farmers of the Hearth Money do attend the House with their Patent To-morrow Morning.

Supply.

And then the House resolved into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of a Supply for his Majesty, to support his present Alliances.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Sir Edward Deering took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Sir Edward Deering reports from the Committee, That the Committee had sat; and that, doubting that the Order was short, the Committee had ordered him to move the House, that the Words "made with the States General of the United Provinces, for the Preservation of the Spanish Netherlands, and lessening the Power of France," may be added: And that the Committee may sit again immediately.

The Question being put, To agree with the Committee in the said Amendment of the Order; and that the Committee shall sit again immediately;

It was resolved in the Affirmative.

Resolved, &c. That this House will immediately resolve into a committee of the whole House, to consider of a Supply for his Majesty, to support his present Alliances made with the States General of the United Provinces, for the Preservation of the Spanish Netherlands, and lessening the Power of France.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Sir Edward Deering took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Sir Edward Deering reports, That the Committee had sat; and had agreed a Vote to be presented to the House: Which he read in his Place; and afterwards delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table: Where the same was again read; and is as followeth:

Resolved, &c. That it is the Opinion of this Committee, That a Supply be given to his Majesty, for the Support of his present Alliances made with the States General of the United Provinces, for the Preservation of the Spanish Netherlands, and lessening the Power of France.

And humbly moved, from the said Committee, That the House would, To-morrow Morning, resolve into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed further in the Consideration of his Majesty's Supply.

The Question being put, To agree with the Committee;

It was resolved in the Affirmative,

Resolved, That this House doth agree with the Committee, That a Supply be given to his Majesty, for the Support of his present Alliances made with the States General of the United Provinces, for the Preservation of the Spanish Netherlands, and lessening the Power of France.

Resolved, &c. That this House will, To-morrow Morning at Ten of the Clock, resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed further in the Consideration of his Majesty's Supply.
