Williams' Estate.
A BILL for Sale of certain Lands to Sir Henry Williams, deceased, for Payment of his Debts, and making Provision for his Lady and Daughters, was read the Second time.
Resolved, &c. That the Bill be committed to Mr. Price, Mr. Westphaleing, Col. Reames, Col. Sandes, Lord Fanshaw, Sir Edmund Windham, Col. Kirby, Sir William Lewis, Mr. Chetwine, Sir Thomas Tompkins, Sir Trevor Williams, Sir James Thynn, Sir Robert Holt, Mr. Sherrard, Col. Milward, Mr. Crooke, Sir Henry Newton, Sir George Probert, Mr. Pryn, Sir Edward Littleton, Mr. Lucy, Sir Soloman Swale, Sir Richard Oateley, Sir Clifford Clifton, Mr. Cornewallis, Mr. Steward, Mr. Streete, Dr. Arras, Sir John Berkenhead, Mr. Hambden, Sir Thomas Littleton, Mr. Swinfen, Mr. Wild, Sir Robert Price, and all the Members that serve for the several Counties of Radnor, Hereford, Monmouth, and Brecknock: And they are to meet at Two of the Clock this Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records: And to take care, that the just Debts be paid, and the Infants not defrauded, but their Portions secured; and to annex a Schedule of the Debts to the Bill; and to provide, that so much Land be set apart, as will be of Value sufficient to answer the Daughters Portions.
Williams' Estate.
A Petition of Milborne Williams was tendered.
Ordered, That this Petition be referred to the same Committee, to which the Bill concerning Sir Henry Williams was committed.
Woodmongers Patent.
Ordered, That the Woodmongers Patent be brought into the Committee appointed to examine the Matter concerning them, at the next time of their sitting.
Palmes' Estate.
Sir Thomas Gower reports from the Committee, to which the Bill for exchanging certain Manors and Lands of Wm. Palmes Esquire, for other Lands settled upon him, and his Issue by Mary his Wife, was committed; that the Committee had passed the Bill; and heard the Parties concerned; and found no Cause to make any Alteration or Amendment thereto.
Resolved, &c. That this Bill be ingrossed.
Public Accounts.
The House then proceeded on the rest of the Amendments to the Bill for taking the Accounts of the publick Monies: And a Debate arising upon the Amendment to the 24th Line of the 5th Folio;
Resolved, &c. That the further Debate of the Matter be adjourned till To-morrow Morning.
Discovery of Fraud on the King.
Information being given of a Person, that could make a Discovery of Sixty-five thousand Pounds Cheat on his Majesty;
Ordered, That Mr. Love, Sir Thomas Bloudworth, and Col. Sam. Sandys, do forthwith repair to the Person, who says he can make a Discovery of above Sixty-five thousand Pounds Cheat on his Majesty; and to take his Evidence and Information therein; and give him Assurance, that, if an effectual Discovery be made, so that the Sixty-five thousand Pounds, or a considerable Part thereof, be recovered to his Majesty's Use, there shall be Consideration had for a Satisfaction to be made him for his Service herein.
Conference desired with Lords.
Ordered, That a free Conference be desired with the Lords, by Sir Thomas Littleton, upon the Subject Matter of the last Conference touching the Earl of Clarendon.
Sir Thomas Littleton reports that the Lords would send an Answer by Messengers of their own.
Exporting Leather.
Ordered, That Leave be given to bring in a Bill for the Exportation of tanned Leather.
The Bill was delivered in, and read.
Ordered, That this Bill be read a Second time Tomorrow Morning.
Haverfordwest Election.
Serjeant Charleton reports the Case of Election for the Town and County of Haverfordwest, between Sir Fredricke Hyde, and Mr. Owen; that the Committee had passed a Resolve; viz.
That the Election for Haverfordwest was a void Election.
The Question being put, To agree with the Committee;
It passed in the Negative.
The Question being put, That the Matter touching the Election for Haverfordwest be re-committed;
The House was divided.
The Yeas went out.

And so it passed in the Negative.
Resolved, &c. That Sir Frederick Hide was duly elected, and ought to sit.
Deane Forest.
Ordered, That all the Members that serve for the several Counties of Southampton and Wiltshire, be added to the Committee for Preservation of Timber in the New Forest, and Deane Forest.
And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight of the Clock.
