Prayers.

Kidderminster Stuffs.

MR. Streete reports from the Committee to which the Bill for regulating the making of Stuffs in the Town of Kidderminster in the County of Worcester . . . . some Amendments agreed to be made to the Bill: Which he read in his Place; and after, delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table.

And the same being twice read;

Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the Amendments agreed to, be ingrossed.

Privilege.

Upon Information given to the House of a Breach of Privilege committed against Mr. Price, a Member of this House, by John Goodger, Richard Whooley, and John Norgrove;

Ordered, That it be referred to the Committee of Privileges, to examine the Matter of Breach of Privilege objected to be committed against Mr. Price, a Member of this House; and to certify the Matter, with their Opinions therein, to the House.

Making Serges.

A Bill for better regulating the making of Serges, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill be committed to Sir John Knight, Sir Solomon Swale, Sir William Lowther, Mr. Sprye, Mr. Seymour, Mr. Jey, Sir Gilbert Talbot, Mr. Rigby, Mr. Morris, Sir John Ernely, Mr. Johnson, Mr. Garraway, Sir Thomas Clergis, Sir Thom. Allen, Mr. Henley, Mr. Streete, Colonel Phillipps, Sir Francis Popham, Sir Thom. Hamer, Sir Fran. Clarke, Sir John Moreton, Sir Robert Carr, Serj. Maynard, Mr. Trenchard, Sir John Birkenhead, Mr. Crouch, Mr. Ford, Sir John Talbott, Sir John Fagg, Mr. Price, Sir Hugh Windham, Sir John Coventry, Sir Thom. Bludworth, Sir Rowland Berkley, Sir Will. Coventry, Sir Thom. Gower, Mr. Palmer, Mr. Fawell: And all that shall come are to have Voices: And they are to meet on Tuesday next, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

Hall's Estate.

Mr. Rigby reports from the Committee to which the Bill for enabling a Sale of Lands to pay the Debts of Benedict Hall Esquire, was committed, some Amendments agreed to be made to the Bill: Which he read in his Place; and after, delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table:

And the same being twice read;

Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the Amendments agreed to, be ingrossed.

Boston Navigation.

The ingrossed Bill for improving the Navigation between the Town of Boston and the River Trent, was read.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill do pass: And that the Title be, An Act for improving the Navigation between the Town of Boston and the River Trent.

Supply.

The House then resolved into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed in the further Consideration of his Majesty's Supply.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Seymour took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumes the Chair.

Mr. Seymour reports from the said Committee, that they had made some further Progress in the Consideration of his Majesty's Supply; and moved, from the Committee, that the House would resolve into a Committee of the whole House on Monday Morning, Ten of the Clock, to proceed in the further Consideration of his Majesty's Supply.

Resolved, &c. That the House be resolved into a Committee of the whole House on Tuesday Morning next, Ten of the Clock, to proceed in the further Consideration of his Majesty's Supply.

Imports.

Ordered, That the Farmers and Officers of his Majesty's Customs, do send into this House, an Account of what Quantities of the Commodities hereafter mentioned have been imported, and what Monies have been raised thereupon, for Three Years last past, on Tuesday Morning next; viz.

Salt.

Tobacco.

French Lockerums, Canvas, and other Linen and Callicoes.

Ticks, Fustians, Tape, Incle and Thread.

Silks Wrought and Thrown.

Iron.

Sugar.

Spices from any Part of Europe; viz. Cloves and Mace.

Drugs.

Paper.

Copper in the Plate; and

Copper wrought from the Plate.

Latten.

Stuffs made of Wool or Hair; or mixt with Silk, Hair, or Wool.

Glass and Glasses, Stone and Stone Ware, Earth and Earthen Ware.

Soap.

And then the House adjourned till Monday Morning, Eight of the Clock.
