Prayers.

Committees.

ORDERED, That all Committees which were discontinued be revived; and do sit this Afternoon.

Six Clerk's Office.

Ordered, That the Bill for regulating the Six Clerks Office in Chancery, be read the Second time To-morrow Morning.

Taylor's Estate.

A Bill for enabling Sir William Beecher and others to perform a Trust, and raise Monies for Payment of Debts, and providing for the younger Children of Richard Taylor Esquire, deceased, was read.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be read the Second time To-morrow Morning.

Timber.

Ordered, That Leave be given to bring in a Bill for bringing down the Price of Timber.

Silkthrowers Trade.

Col. Birch reports from the Committee to which the Bill for regulating the Trade of Silk-throwing, was committed, some Amendments agreed by the Committee to be made to the Bill: Which he opened: And the Amendments being twice read, and, upon the Question, agreed to;

Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the Amendments agreed to, be ingrossed.

Church Leases.

Ordered, That the Bill for confirming Leases of Church Lands be read To-morrow Morning.

Yarmouth Pier.

Ordered, That the Report concerning Yarmouth Pier be made on Saturday Morning next.

Deane Forest.

Ordered, That the Bill concerning the Forest of Deane be read To-morrow Morning.

Thefts and Robberies.

Ordered, That the Bill concerning Robberies be read To-morrow Morning.

Supply Bill; Wine Duties, &c.

The House resolved into a Committee of the whole House, upon the Bill for his Majesty's Supply.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Steward took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumes the Chair.

Mr. Steward reports, that the Committee had made some further Progress in the said Bill; and humbly moved, that the House would resolve into a Committee of the whole House To-morrow Morning.

Resolved, &c. That the House will resolve into a Committee of the whole House To-morrow Morning, to proceed in the further Consideration of the Bill concerning his Majesty's Supply.

Dawes' Creditors.

Ordered, That Sir Jefferey Shackerly, Sir Adam Browne, Sir Roger Bradshaigh, be added to the Committee to which the Petition of the Creditors of Sir Thomas Dawes was committed.

Miscarriages of the War.

Mr. Wren, by Command of his Royal Highness the Duke of Yorke, imparts to this House a Letter, sent to his Highness, from Sir John Harman, of his Arrival in the Downs; and desiring his Highness' Direction how to dispose of the King's Ships that were with him: And that the Duke had thereupon ordered him to bring the Ships to the Buoy in the Nore; and then to hasten to Town, in order to his Examination as to Miscarriages in the late War; having sent him the Order of this House to that Purpose.
