Hay-market.

A BILL for regulating the Hay-market, was read the First time.

The Question being put, That the Bill be read a Second time;

The House divide.

The Yeas go out.

And so it passed in the Negative.

Duchy of Cornewall Leasing.

A Bill for granting Leases of the Duchy Lands in Cornewall was read.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be read a Second time.

Lloyd's, &c. Nat.

An ingrossed Bill for Naturalizing Philip Lloyd Gentleman, was read a Third time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill do pass: And that the Title be, An Act for Naturalizing Philip Lloyd Gentleman.

Berkeley's Estate.

Mr. Mallet reports from the Committee to which the Bill, sent from the Lords, intituled, An Act for transferring the Interest of a Term of Years, in certain Manors and Lands, late of Sir Robert Berkeley Knight, deceased, and Payment of Portions appointed to his Grandchildren, That the Committee had perused the Bill; and returned it without Amendments.

Ordered, That the Bill be read a Third time.

Bristoll Deanery Estate.

A Bill, sent from the Lords, to enable the Dean and Chapter of the Cathedral Church of Bristoll to exchange their Vicarage of Berkeley in the County of Glocester, with George Lord Berkeley, for his Rectory of St. Michaell's in Sutton Bonington in the County of Nottingham, was read a Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be committed to Mr. Powle, Sir Rowland Berkeley, Sir Will. Coventry, Sir John Lowther, Lord Fitzharding, Sir Jonath. Trelawny, Mr. Progers, Sir John Mallet, Sir Tho. Higgons, Sir Edward Deering, Mr. Steward, Mr. Phillips, Sir John Knight, Sir Charles Harbord, Colonel Strangewaies, Lord Ancram, Mr. Secretary Coventry, Sir Geo. Downing, Lord Richardson, Colonel Phillipps, Mr. Westphaling, Sir Tho. Meeres, Mr. Morice, Sir Tho. Allen, and all that serve for the Counties of Glocester, Somerset, and Nottingham: And they are to meet on Friday next, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber: And have Power to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

Rebuilding Houses burnt down.

A Bill for continuing of a former Act touching Houses burnt down in the late dreadful Conflagration, being brought in by Leave of the House;

Ordered, That the Bill be read To-morrow Morning.

Supply Bill.

The House then resolved into a Committee of the whole House, upon the Bill for his Majesty's Supply.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Attorney General took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Mr. Attorney General reports from the Committee of the whole House, That the Committee had now wholly finished the Bill for the King's Supply; and desired the House would give Leave, that the Bill, with the Amendments agreed to, be reported on Friday Morning.

Resolved, &c. That this House doth agree with the Committee of the whole House, that the Bill for his Majesty's Supply, with the Amendments agreed to, be reported on Friday Morning, Ten of the Clock.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Nine of the Clock.
