Prayers.

Supply Bill; Duty on Brandy.

THE House then entering upon the Reading of the Amendments, sent from the Lords, to the Bill to prohibit the Importation of Brandy;

Ordered, That it be referred to Sir Geo. Downing, Sir John Duncombe, Sir Thom. Lee, Sir Thom. Meeres, Sir John Lowther, Sir Solomon Swale, Sir Robert Carr, Sir Robert Howard, Sir Thom. Clifford, Col. Birch, Sir Will. Bucknall, Sir Char. Harbord, Sir Robert Steward, Sir Robert Atkins, Mr. Love, or any Three of them, to peruse the Bill and Amendments sent from the Lords; and to consider of a Method of proceeding; and report the Matter, with their Opinions therein, to the House.

Yelverton's Estate.

Ordered, That the Bill sent from the Lords, on the Behalf of Nevill Yelverton, an Infant, be read the first Business, To-morrow Morning.

Exporting of Wool.

Ordered, That the Bill to prevent the Exportation of Wool, be read To-morrow Morning.

Supply Bill; Law Proceedings.

A Bill for an Imposition on several Pleadings and Proceedings in the Law, was read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be read a Second time on Friday next.

Committees.

Ordered, That all Committees that were discontinued, be revived; and do sit this Afternoon, in the Places formerly appointed.

Lindsey Level.

The House then proceeded to the Hearing of the Cause concerning Lindsey Level.

And Parties and Counsel were called in to the Bar of the House.

And the Counsel, on the Behalf of Sir William Killigrew and Sir Henry Herne being heard; and several Decrees of the Commissioners of Sewers being read;

Resolved, &c. That the further Hearing of the Cause concerning the said Lindsey Level Fen be proceeded in on Thursday Morning next, Nine of the Clock, nothing to intervene.

Committees.

Ordered, That all Committees discontinued, be revived; and do sit in the Places formerly appointed.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight of the Clock.
