ORDERED, That these Members following be added to the Committee, to which the Bill concerning salt Marshes was committed; viz. Darwyn, &c. Navigation.

Ordered, That the Committee, to which the Bill for making the River Darwyn, and other Rivers navigable, was committed, do sit this Afternoon at Two of the Clock, in the Place formerly appointed.

Merchant Adventurers.

Ordered, That the Bill for Relief of the Creditors of the Merchant Adventurers be read on Monday next, at Ten of the Clock.

Fees in Courts.

A Bill to regulate the Exorbitancy of Fees was this Day read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill be committed to Mr. Pryn, Mr. Yorke, Sir Tho. Allen, Mr. George, Sir Cha. Harbord, Colonel Trelawney, Mr. Crouch, Sir Edm. Bowyer, Sir Lanc. Lake, Mr. Edw. Seymour, Mr. Henley, Mr. Boscawen, Mr. Pepis, Lord Herbert, Mr. Street, Mr. Steward, Mr. Croke, Serjeant Maynard, Mr. Vaughan, Sir Wm. Lowther, Sir Tho. Gower, Sir Anth. Irby, Mr. John Trelawney, Sir Solo. Swale, Sir Winston Churchill, Mr. Hungerford, Dr. Burwell, Sir Edm. Peirse, Sir Geo. Courtop, Mr. Onslow, Sir Cirill Wych, Serjeant Charlton, Mr. Rigby, and all the Members of this House that are of the Long Robe: And all Members that shall come, are to have Voices: And they are to meet on Monday next, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records: And to take Consideration of the Fees of County and Hundred Courts; and also of the Fees of the Two Compters in London; and of the Courts belonging to the County Palatine of Lancaster: And also to take an Account, How the Charge of returning in the last Subsidies came to be so great.

Leigh's Estate.

An ingrossed Bill to enable Francis Leigh Esquire to sell Lands for Payment of Debts, and to make Provision for his Children, was read.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill do pass: And that the Title shall be, An Act to enable Francis Leigh Esquire to sell Lands for Payment of Debts, and to make Provision for his Children.

Bedford Level.

A Bill for the better Settling of the Draining and Government of the Great Level of the Fens, called Bedford Level, was read the First time.

The Question being put, That the Bill be read a Second time;

It was resolved in the Affirmative.

Resolved, &c. That the Debate of the Matter, Whether the County of Middlesex, and City of Westminster, shall be joined with the City of London, in the Payment of the Tax, be adjourned till Monday Morning next, Ten of the Clock.

Supply Bill.

A Bill for raising Two Millions Four hundred seventyseven thousand Five hundred Pounds Supply for his Majesty was read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That this Bill be read the Second time on Monday next.

Leave of Absence.

Ordered, That Sir John Knight have the Leave of this House to go home to Bristoll.
