Countess of Dorsett's Jointure.

Ordered, That Mr. Moreton, Sir Maurice Berkley, Lord Buckhurst, Mr. Churchill, Mr. Jonath. Trelawny, Sir Edmund Pooley, Sir Edw. Moseley, Sir Chichester Wray, Sir Antho. Irby, Sir Wm. Compton, Sir John Tuffton, Mr. Strickland, Mr. Waller, Mr. Lewes, Sir Wm. Doyley, Sir Edw. Walpoole, Sir Charles Cornwallis, Sir John Duncomb, Sir John Rowse, Sir Ralph Hare, Sir Rich. Wilton Writ.

Sir John Nicholas, Knight of the Bath, being returned to serve as a Member for Wilton in Wiltshire, and also for Rippon in the County of Yorke, did this Day wave his Election for Wilton, and elected to serve for Rippon:

Ordered, That Mr. Speaker do issue a Warrant to the Clerk of the Crown to make out a Writ for a new Election for the Town of Wilton in Wiltshire.

Prestwich's Estate.

A Bill for Confirmation of a Sale of Lands, made by Sir Thomas Prestwich and others to Sir Edward Mosley, was this Day read the First time.

A Bill for the new Erection of the Parish of Holland, Com' Lancaster, and endowing the Rector of the said Parish, was this Day read the First time.

A Bill for the preventing the Mischiefs and Dangers that may arise by certain Persons called Quakers, and other Schismaticks, was this Day read the First time.

Worcester Clothiers.

Mr. Street reports from the Committee to whom the Bill of the Corporation of the Clothiers of Worcester was referred, several Amendments; which he read with the Coherence in his Place: Which Amendments being severally twice read;

Resolved, upon the Question, That this House doth agree with the said Committee to the said several Amendments: And

Resolved, upon the Question, That the said Bill, with the several Amendments, this Day read, and agreed to, be ingrossed.

And then the House resolved into a Grand Committee of the whole House, to proceed upon the Bill for ordering the Forces in the several Counties of this Kingdom; And

And, after much Debate upon the said Bill,

Mr. Speaker again took the Chair.

And Mr. Solicitor General making Report, that the Committee of the whole House had made some Progress upon the said Bill for ordering the Forces, &c.;

Ordered, That this House do resolve into a Committee of the whole House To-morrow Morning at Nine of the Clock, and then resume the further Debate of the said Bill.

Ordered, That Hender Roberts Esquire be added to the Committee of Privileges and Elections.
